About Us

Hello and thank you for visiting Illuminating Resources, I’m Kerri-Leigh, Creatrix behind these Conscious Living practices. If you are here, you are curious about… “who am I?” (you/me) and “How can I help you/me?”
Illuminating Resources & Conscious Living Tools morphed from over 20 years of self-development, study & shadow work into the Psyche & Metaphysical world. Two passions emerged, a passion for Crystals and the curiosity of people’s behaviour driven by the unconscious mind.

Formal studies in Advanced Metaphysics (Meta – to go beyond, Physics – the form), taught me that there is more to us than the body’s physical structure. In exploring, I witnessed “the body is the barometer for the soul” (by Annette Noontil). My journey of self-discovery began due to the challenges of endometriosis, which led me to explore the metaphysical reasons behind my dis-ease. This exploration not only stimulated my own healing but also ignited my fascination with understanding the underlying causes of people’s ailments and how we have an innate ability to heal.
Discovering Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) my coaching & communication skills expanded exponentially, bringing another level of Emotional Intelligence, Self-awareness and understanding about the Unconscious mind. As someone who works esoterically, this logical set of structured language, processes & tools complimented the healing I was nurturing in my daily practice and that of my clients.My Passion is understanding people and their behaviour. My Talent, uncovering driving motivations, identifying patterns, limiting beliefs, and the stories our ego hinders us from reaching our full potential. My Gift, illuminating & integrating buried shadow counterparts which distract the client’s ability to move forward into their future.

I spent 30 years working in the corporate world. My core-essence entrepreneurial who plays well with others, activating ideas. I found that my innate problem-solving abilities, courage to try new things and intuitive nature naturally positions me as a Coach and Leader. My intuitive coaching style had colleagues and executives seeking me out as a sounding board, thereby delivering fulfillment in providing options and solutions to those around me.
As a confident Lighthouse I’ve encountered challenges in the workplace, including instances of bullying, gaslighting and jealousy. These experiences inspired me to pursue further education in leadership, culminating in a Business degree with a focus on Organisational Psychology, People Management, and Design Thinking.

My purpose of Authentic Leadership whose #1 Value is Integrity is shaped by all the above and the many Initiatory Experiences Source Energy (higher power) apprenticed me, preparing me for this day where I serve those who seek to understand themselves more. To deliver successful results both personally, and… professionally in the workplace.
